Repairs

We are able to repair most kites unless they are super old. Please email or call us about your kite repair. Identify the year, make, and model of kite prior to calling. Also, clean your kite before bringing it to us. A cleaning fee of $15.00 will be charged for sandy kites.

• Replacing or removing bladders
• Strut replacement and removal
• Finding and repairing leaks
• Bladder patches
• Sail patch/sewing as needed
• Overnight inflate to check

Product warranties vary. Check manufacturer warranties for specific products on their websites and packaging. We're here to answer questions and assist with warranty claims. Contact us at info@xlkites.com and provide us with the following information:

• Name, order number, phone number
• Briefly describe the defect
• Send close up pictures of the defect
• Picture of the serial number
• Picture of the entire product
• Any special timelines or changes of address
• Other important details
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
